  • Fun fact: The reason Dubai and the rest of UAE grew so fast because since 49 years ago, they made huge discovery of oil, UAE traded not only with oil but a crap ton of pearls. As Britain came to UAE, everything changed and it made UAE evolve to a VERY LARGE tourist spot. For now UAE relies on tourism and etc. Sorry if it was too long, I went to school in Dubai that’s why I know all of this

  • I lived in Spain for two years (which I loved) before coming back to Dubai. Simply put, there is no place on the planet like this. People think Dubai only invests is Tourism. No they invest in everything - Infrastructure, Technology, Communications, Culture, Healthcare, Education, Diversity and Tolerance, Finance, Sports and Entertainment. Everything has a presence here and if the next 49 achieves even 10% of the speed of the last 49 (more like last 25), we will up for something even more spectacular.
